The home is currently on a month-to-month lease. If the buyer wants to owner-occupy, the seller will terminate the existing lease with 30 days' notice. Otherwise, if an investment purchase, the seller may extend the current lease with the tenants for the new owners to assume upon closing. Owner will consider Seller Financing.
